What reputable health insurance companies are out there?
My mom doesn’t have health insurance and my job doesn’t give insurance to family members.
I would like to pay monthly to a health insurance company so my mom could get health check up when she needs it.
Do you know any health insurance companies that can accept low monthly payments since I don’t get paid that much?
We live in northern california.
Well, if she’s 40 and perfectly healthy, it’s going to cost her about $500 a month to have a low/no deductible plan that covers checkups.
You BUY it on a month to month basis. If you want low monthly payments, you have to cut the coverage – like take a $10,000 deductible. Or higher. That would cut payments down to maybe $200 a month or less.
The older she is, the less healthy she is, the more it costs.
Your best bet, is to find a local, independent agent, who can help you balance cost with coverage.

Does anyone have any information regarding small business financing?
I am trying to buy into a franchise with a friend and my husband. We have a 4 year old bankruptcy and are looking for less than $100,000 to open. The problem seems to be that there are no tangible assets in the type of business that we are looking to open. How much is malpractice insurance for neurosurgeons by state?
I need to know the average malpractice insurance for neurosurgeons in different states.I want to practice in a state where the insurance isn’t so expensive.I live in NYC and here,the insurance is almost $100000.I prefer going to another city than giving all that money for the insurance.I never had any problem in my career and I don’t need this type of insurance. Can you help me?

There’s no average.
You can’t average no retro date and no tail, with 30 years of prior coverage.
But if you don’t "need" this type of insurance, don’t buy it.
No hospital will actually allow you to use their operating room without it, anywhere, in the USA, but hey, if you don’t NEED it, hey.
As to where it’s cheaper – Not in the state of NY. Generally, the states which limit tort (republican states) are more friendly to doctors. But your professional association, or professional magazines, should be giving you a list of cheaper states. I believe there are at least 45 of them, LOL.

Would the start date occur on the payment being 30 days late after the two year period – would this first 30 days past due be a breach of payment agreement? There was no attempt by the debtor to pay this debt after the 2 years promotional period. Credit debt originated in the State of California with a 4 years statute of limitation..
Typically the SOL starts from the date or last activity or last payment — not the breach.
The first missed payment would constitute a breach of the contract. At that point the creditor should have taken action to collect the debt, including filing lawsuit if needed.

I did an internet search and all lead me to already established debt programs. I want to set up my own debt management program, which can negotiate with creditors, consolidate loans etc… How do I get started?
I reiterate: There are literally thousands of debt management, consolidation, counseling website and resources. I am not looking to manage my own debts, I looking to start a debt management program for other people. I want to know what grants to apply for to begin a start up program. I want to know what regulations, fees, licenses I need to start my own debt management program so that others can come to me for debt consolidation services.
Make sure you have the skills, contacts and start-up money.
Establish a place of business and start advertising.
Best thing would be to map out the whole thing up front. You’ll need to know permit/license needs, employer requirements and other general business details. There should be a lawyer in your area that can assist with applications.
